- Pre-launch list subscription: your email address is collected via the registration form on the website. It is transmitted to our email sending service provider (Brevo, formerly Sendinblue) in order to send you updates on the project's progress and, where applicable, the launch notification.
- Audience measurement (with your consent): we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors navigate our site. Data is aggregated and does not allow us to identify you individually.
- Advertising effectiveness measurement (with your consent): if we run campaigns on third-party platforms (Meta, Google), we use advertising cookies to measure how many people who saw an ad subsequently registered. This data helps us allocate our budget responsibly. No personalised advertising is served without your explicit consent.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
All processing described in this policy is based on your consent, in accordance with:
- Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, European Union);
- Articles 12 and following of the Act respecting the modernization of legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25, Québec).
